Read the Book of Mormon, or any scripture, not to check off the days reading but to learn to be more like Jesus our Anointed King.
Those who understand teach, those who don’t condemn.
A – King who will bring judgement when He comes.
B – Teaching the commandments of God is equated to Fulfilling the commandments of God.
C – Judging and punishing someone for breaking God’s commandments is righteous judgement and will cause peace to be in the land.
D – Expounding the troubles that come from a wicked king and stating we should have judges instead.
E – Do you business by the voice of the people and every man should do his part.
Speak God’s truth such that His sheep will hear it and recognize it, don’t water down the truth to make it easier to accept for if you do His sheep will not hear His voice in what you say.
God does not use surveys to know what to do.
What should tithing be calculated off of?
This is my Shavuot/Pentecost post. I primarily talk about the HOLY SPIRIT/HOLY GHOST. I also bring up the temple and the Lectures on Faith. The post ends with an index of sixteen concepts that are used with both phrases of HOLY SPIRIT and HOLY GHOST from the Book of Mormon.
Our works will not save us, for we all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, only mercy extended to us made possible by Jesus Christ’s sinless life and the Atonement He performed for us can do that, but our wicked works (if unrepented of) will condemn us.
Where to get Mauricio Berger’s supposed Brazil Sealed Portion. Contrasting Mauricio and Joseph’s behaviors. A rebuttal for the Q&A on Ether (LDS 5:1) (RLDS 2:1).
I hope this will inspire people to keep God’s commandments and seek to understand them and the doctrine behind them.
I talk about Anthony E Larson, the Word of Wisdom, and the Holy Ghost/Holy Spirit, and end with Joseph Smith’s last dream.
A lot of Christians will say “what would Jesus do”. I believe a better saying is “what DID Jesus do”. If we don’t know what Jesus actually did and the reasons behind why He did them, we won’t have any clue what Jesus would do in this or that situation. Nor do we really know Jesus or understand Him or His ways. For if we really know Jesus and understand His ways, we would conduct ourselves like He did while He was tabernacled here on earth and do the things He did. I believe that includes celebrating Feastival of Lights, see John 10:22-23, and the appointed times, moadim (H4150), commanded in Leviticus 23. I promise you will gain deeper insights from the scriptures, and thus the gospel, as you study about the Feasts of God for all mankind found in Leviticus 23 and celebrate them.
The BoM helps us figure out when the scriptural day starts.

I highly recommend this book about God’s dealings in various restoration churches.
When does the Bible say the scriptural day starts.
Showing how the LDS / Brighamite church is using the same playbook as the bad guys in Batman Begins
Where did the tradition of Red Carpets come from?
If I were to give a conference talk, this would be it.
Thank you so much for standing up for what you know what is right despite the all pressures from men. We need more men and women who have that courage like you to make the world a better place. People who do more than passively believe something but who are actively engaged in a good cause to help their fellow men.
God is inspiring people with forgotten truths all throughout the world, not just people in your church that you think is true.
Although there is a statute of limitation in the state courts, there are no scriptures for a statute of limitations when a sin or a crime was committed in church courts, and since we are to use “[God’s] SCRIPTURES for a LAW” and this “LAW to GOVERN [God’s] church” D&C 42:59, I propose that McKenna Denson‘s rapist be put on trial in a church court using God’s laws to govern it and not man’s policies found in the Church Handbook of Instructions. This is assuming that McKenna is willing to be one of the multiple witnesses required, which considering she has continually tried to have this taken care of through the years, I have no doubt she is willing to come forward as a witness at a real church court according to God’s words. I personally know of no other witnesses but am confident that McKenna or someone else can find one other witness. I suggest if we want to root out this wickedness from the church we need to do this and sadly to so many others, as commanded in D&C 42:79-93, D&C 107:68-78 and many others we have looked at.
Has not Sam testified of the wrongs of what have occurred from asking CHILDREN sexually explicate questions? Yea, he has boldly, and what was the LDS / Brighamite cDevilhurch done in response, they want to cast him out, and have said Sam Young is of the and will not get back in his place where he belongs and we need to remove him from our ranks. All while at the same time protecting the one on the right of the picture. Who had his books sell in Deseret Book until recently as the LDS / Brighamite church trying to hide or be secret about what is going on. I have never read any of his books, but I can speculate it would of had things that mostly tickled peoples ears, especially considering he has not had the baptism of fire or if he once did he has lost it because of his sins and crimes against God and the people. A repentant man will confess of his sins, not hide behind the law or lawyers. Now also take a look at which man the LDS / Brighamite church is supporting and which one they are forsaking. To me this is a very dirty rotten fruit of theirs.
When a bishop says that we need their help to know if and when God has forgiven us, he is questioning our relationship with God, he is saying we are not capable of hearing God’s voice even after He has forgiven us. Something we should remember is that Cain talked with God after he slew Able. Which is questioning our relationship with God even when we are clean, possibily to the point of being worse than Cain’s. This is one of the things that once we understand this idiom it is saying not to do.
I find it sad that the LDS / Brighamite church doesn’t want bad reputation or bad things said about them even if they are true. In fact their courts of love [of power] don’t focus on real repentance or change but saying that the leaders are right and that we will follow them, the arm of flesh. On top of that they say that doctrine of the Messiah visiting us in this life personally is something we should not talk about or encourage but Joseph Smith publicly declared that God visited him even to none believers.
If you don’t take care of the dead branches they will sufficate the fruitful branches.
People of God must dare to be different from the world to be a positive influence for God in the world.
This is a summary of many interactions I’ve personal had with people while sharing BoM verses.
Personally I believe there is no substitute for one on one preaching. Tools and other resources are very helpful, they are only a tool not a substitute for listening to the Holy Ghost to know what the person in front of you needs.
The human race should be renamed to the parrot race.
“When the debate is lost, slander becomes the tool of the loser.” – Socrates
The BoM teaches something different about sealings than what the LDS church does.
This is the sealing power, to pronounce what heaven has already been decreed, because those who have the sealing power will do nothing with it except what the Father wants done. We know Nephi “sought [God’s] will and to keep [God’s] commandments” because God attributed this to Nephi in Helaman (LDS 10:4) (RLDS 3:115-116). In the next verse God adds more emphasis to this idea, “for thou [Nephi] shalt not ask that which is contrary to my will” Helaman (LDS 10:5) (RLDS 3:117).
Expounding upon Mosiah (LDS 18:27-29) (RLDS 9:60-64)
Personally I see something different going on in Mormon 8 than most do.
Here is an article I wrote showing parallels of Brigham Young and King Noah.
You have been oppressed by King Brigham.
Mosiah (LDS 23:12-14) (RLDS 11:12-15)
12 And now I say unto you, ye have been oppressed by king Noah, and have been in bondage to him and his priests, and have been brought into iniquity by them; therefore ye were bound with the bands of iniquity. 13 And now as ye have been delivered by the power of God out of these bonds; yea, even out of the hands of king Noah and his people, and also from the bonds of iniquity, even so I desire that ye should stand fast in this liberty wherewith ye have been made free, and that ye trust no man to be a king over you. 14 And also trust no one to be your teacher nor your minister, except he be a man of God, walking in his ways and keeping his commandments
Who is accountable for following the commandments of God?
In Matt 7:15-20 Jesus teaches us that we shall know prophets by their fruits. Matt 7:16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Jesus did not say you shall know their fruits of being a prophet after you believe you believe they are a prophet. On the contrary, Jesus is showing us one important principle of not being deceived. Before you can know that some is the title that they claim to have from God, you must know of their fruits. We must have knowledge of the fruits of the title before we can study it out in our minds before we take it to the Lord for confirmation that the title comes from Him, see D&C 9:8.
A testimony is different than what most people say it is.
